Haven Real Estate Investments, Inc. began as a construction company servicing the Brookhaven area. After many years and over 500 successfully completed construction projects, we have become well-known not only in Brookhaven & Buckhead, but inside and outside of the metro Atlanta area. Repeat clients, referrals, and word of mouth have contributed to our growth and success. Haven REI is a full-service, licensed and insured contractor for residential construction and commercial construction projects; therefore, we are able to provide clients with professionally designed and crafted renovations, additions, and deluxe custom building. Some of the construction services we provide include new construction, renovation, remodeling, additions, roofing and painting just to name a few. With our construction knowledge and well-experienced staff, the Haven team can help turn your dream home into a reality with a variety of construction services.

It begins with our estimation process, which we also use as an opportunity to get to know our customers on a personal level. This helps us to understand exactly what their wants and needs are, and how to make a plan that fits for them. We put a lot of time into our estimates, in order to provide a honest and comprehensive assessment of the project from the very beginning.

Bios
Rick Glisson
Director of Operations
Rick Glisson, owner and founder of Haven Real Estate Investments, Inc., graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor’s degree in Building Science and a second Bachelor’s degree in Finance. Rick earned residential and commercial construction experience by working for R.J. Griffin Construction, Turner Construction, Glisson Construction, Bowden Electric, and Bailey Harris Construction, in addition to earning financial experience from working with Saunders & Associates Financial Advisory Firm, before forming Haven Real Estate Investments, Inc. in 2007.
Justin Durham,
Estimator & Roofing Manager
Justin graduated from Gwinnett Tech in 2005 with an Associates degree in Residential and Commercial Construction Management. Justin has earned construction experience by working for Robert Harris Homes, Presidio Homes, Cofer Adams Building Material, Stock Building Supply and Floormax Flooring America before joining the Haven team in 2009.
Allison Resnick
Design Consultant, Office Manager, Accounts Receivable/Payable
Allison Resnick graduated from The University of Alabama in 2003 with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, and a minor in Psychology. Allison has a variety of experiences in the construction industry by working with Pulte Homes for 6 years, and running CSA Homes, LLC, for the past 4 years before joining the Haven team in 2010.
Ben Morris
Project Manager
Ben graduated from Southern Polytechnic State University and has worked in the construction field for 14 years. He has worked on several high profile projects such as Discover Mills Mall, Arbor Place Mall, and a Sembler project (Target Shopping Center) in Athens, Ga. Ben has also worked on several roads throughout the state of Georgia and has developed over 500 homes in the past 5 years. Before joining HavenREI, Ben was building Semi-custom homes in the Brookhaven area.
